MY NURTURED YEAR 2019 – ONLINE Planning Week
** For the first time I am bringing my face to face nurturing, online for the My Nurtured Year Planning Week! Perfect for those regionally or with busy lifestyles they are juggling around work and kids and may not be able to get to a face to face morning. Or if you are someone who downloads a planner and never completes it! We will spend the week together working through specific sections each day with a morning video and an evening check-in and a space you can reach out for help anytime that week. **
As we reach the end of 2018, it’s time reflect on the year that was. To celebrate our achievements, to let go of the challenges we faced and to feel proud of making it through a year in business!
It is also time to think ahead, with joy and excitement for a brand new year filled with new opportunities!
Align your year with what brings you the most joy and plan out what is ahead.
In this online planning week, we will work through the My Nurtured Year NurtureBook (cos workbooks sound boring! ;)) together, we will use soul guidance to create themes for the months ahead, we will get clear on our values and what brings us the most joy. So we can align our intentions with what matters to us most!
We will use a facebook group and you will receive a video each morning sharing with you more about the pages of your NurtureBook to complete that day. We will check in in the evening to see how you have gone.
You will have access to this until January 31st, so if you can’t get it all done that week, don’t stress!! You can pick it up over the Christmas break.
